Terms of Service

Last updated: November 4, 2026

1. About these terms

These terms apply to this website and to the services provided by EigenOps LLC, doing business as DialForge ("DialForge," "we," "us"). By using our services you agree to these terms and to the written quote or service agreement we send you (the "Agreement"). If these terms and the Agreement conflict, the Agreement controls.

2. Our services

DialForge builds and operates AI voice agents and related software and automation for businesses. For each client, the Agreement sets out the scope of work, the setup fee, the monthly plan, the call minutes included in that plan, and the rate for minutes beyond it. Pricing is quoted individually based on the complexity of the deployment and expected call volume.

3. Pre-check and eligibility

Before we accept a client, we review your phone setup, expected call volume and intended use. We may decline or defer any request. Our services are offered to businesses, not to consumers.

4. Fees and billing

See our Refund, Cancellation & Dispute Policy for refunds and how to cancel.

5. Usage limits and service pauses

We provide and manage the technology accounts needed to run your agent. To protect both of us from unexpected costs, we may set usage limits for your account. We may pause or limit your service, with notice where practicable, if usage far exceeds what was expected, if we reasonably suspect misuse or fraud, or if a payment fails.

6. Your phone line and carrier charges

You confirm that you have the authority to change forwarding settings on any phone number connected to our services. Your agent is connected to your line through call forwarding or a similar setup with your phone carrier or provider. Your carrier or provider may charge for forwarded calls or require a plan change, and those charges are your responsibility. We do not guarantee that every carrier or plan supports forwarding. Our pre-check is designed to catch problems early, but it is not a guarantee.

7. AI disclosure, recording and call data

By default, the agent tells callers that they are speaking with an AI assistant and that the call may be recorded or transcribed. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to your calls, including rules on recording notice and consent. We configure the default notice to support compliance, but we do not provide legal advice. AI responses can be inaccurate, so you agree to review how the agent performs and to tell us promptly about problems.

8. Restrictions

9. Ownership

Your business information and the content of your calls remain yours. We keep all rights in our software, tooling, configurations, methods and underlying technology.

10. Term and cancellation

Monthly plans continue until cancelled. Cancellation terms are in our Refund, Cancellation & Dispute Policy.

11. Disclaimers and limits on liability

Our services are provided "as is." AI systems can make mistakes, and calls can be missed or misrouted. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or missed business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.
